Let me help make your special day stress free and unforgettable! I will work closely with you to help plan down to the smallest detail and ensure your wedding or event goes just as you've dreamed!

Event Planning Package Includes:

Free 1 hour initial consultation

• Contact & schedule appointments with vendors
  and venues
• Meet at wedding & reception site (if two different sites)
  to go over decorating, etc. (1 hour)
• Final meeting to go over any last minute details
  before the wedding (2 hours)
• Confirmation of all vendors 3-4 weeks prior to event
  
• Schedule & coordinate all set up & deliveries
• Direct full rehearsal (1 hour)

Wedding day tasks:

10 hours of service (If more hours are needed a charge of $50.00 per hour will be added.)

Day of wedding / event services include:

• Oversee all vendors arriving that day
• Set up tables, decorations, etc.
• Handle any last minute details
• Make sure all vendors are paid
• Oversee bride and wedding party

Reception:

• Coordinate guest seating etc.
• Make sure all tables are set up as discussed
• Distribute wedding favors to guests (if needed)
• Oversee the cleaning & breakdown of all vendors

If I am needed to be of service the day following the event, a charge of $50.00 per hour will be added, as well as notification at least one week prior to event is required.
